★ I charge a $2 fee for using PayPal or Ko-Fi, which are the only payment methods I use that aren’t CashApp. (I do not charge the fee for CashApp payments.) I do check when receiving payments if it is sent correctly, and will refuse and refund those who don’t because it shows you didn’t read my terms.★ The only individuals not permitted to own my designs or commission me are those on my blacklist. This would be organfailure and Sephiroth8/chateau4/Kthrine/CarlPoppa.★ My art/designs are for personal use by the buyer only.★ Do not edit/alter my work without my consent (this validates a blacklist).★ Do not claim my work as your own.★ I have the right to decline any commission.★ I have permission to use anything I draw as an example.★ Be as detailed as possible with what you want when you are commissioning me (unless I am permitted artistic liberty.)★ Do not commission me if you cannot be patient. My art has varying wait times, do not expect your piece within a week.★ You may do whatever you want with my designs as long as they do not make their way into the paws of blacklisted users.
